Paultons Park is renowned for its meticulous attention to detail and immersive theming. Splash Lagoon started construction at the end of the 2022 season when Temple Heights was removed and sold to Funland in Hayling Island. The area was cleared and signs were put up announcing a new water ride. The site Splash Lagoon sits on was originally occupied by the Wirly Copters ride until 2005 when it was replaced by Magic Carpets. Magic Carpets was then rethemed to Temple Heights when Lost Kingdom opened in 2016.
Splash Lagoon is suitable for anyone 90cm and taller with a maximum of 1 adult and 1 child or 3 children per boat.
But that's not all Paultons Park has in store for its guests! As part of their commitment to providing unforgettable experiences, the park will also introduce a new family of lifelike dinosaurs to greet visitors, enhancing the immersive Jurassic adventure.
Splash Lagoon joins over 70 rides and attractions spread across five themed worlds, making Paultons Park a must-visit destination for families.
